Garden History class

Ok, so I Painted one of the thumbnails about two post down. I cant decide whether to have the left corner kind of cropped leading the eye to the focal point or if I should just leave it open. Decisions, decisions...

I've been looking at this one for a while to see what it really needs. I flipped it horizontally and desaturated the colors and it looks like you can punch up some areas. The lighting is a little spotty and I'd brighten the sky from the left to indicate the source and it would make the skyline and foreground pop. I would also bring in those neutral colors from the background into the greens to give some depth to the "roof top garden". I love the idea of the gardens on the top of the buildings. Though some areas are looking a little bare. You should bring more of that "maze slope" area into the other parts of the roof top. There's a lot of flat green going on,..would love to see more growth. Again, I love the contrast of both worlds...cool idea. Hope that helps.
